You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Snaps welcomes feedback regarding all areas of Snaps's existing businesses that will help satisfy customer's needs, and feedback can be provided through contact areas on the Site. Any feedback you provide shall be deemed a Submission under the terms in the User Supplied Information.

Your idea will automatically become the property of Snaps, without any compensation to you. Snaps will have no obligation to return your idea to you or respond to you in any way; Snaps will have no obligation to keep your idea confidential; and may use your idea for any purpose whatsoever, including giving your idea to others.

If you register to become a Snaps user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password information, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your login and password.

Refund will be entertained only if you failed to offer you the service. We prefer to refund through Pay Pal. In case we refuse to offer you service, you need to claim the refund with in 7 days. If you submit all the details within 7 days, we will refund 90% of the paid amount. We deduct 10% for processing and administrative cost. Your claim has to be complete in all respect so that we can process them smoothly. Claim should consists of reason for refund request, amount, Bank IFSC code and account number.

If you submit the claim after 7 days then we will refund only 50%. We will not refund anything if you claim after 30 days.

You represent and warrant that all of the information provided by you to Snaps to participate in the Services is correct and current.

Any violation of the User conduct will not be tolerated and shall attract prompt and punitive disciplinary action up to and including termination of usage rights as well as legal action.

Without limiting Snaps other remedies, to the extent you are in violation of this code of conduct, you must pay Snaps for all fees owed to us and reimburse us for all losses and costs (including any and all Snaps employee time) and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) related to investigating such breach and collecting such fees. In the event of termination, you will have no claim whatsoever against Snaps in respect of any such suspension or termination of your membership.
