Realx ERP integrates with Facebook Lead Ads to automatically receive, store, and process lead information submitted through Facebook and Instagram Lead Generation Forms.

With authorization from the Page Admin, Realx ERP may receive:

• Lead form responses (name, email, phone, custom fields)
• Lead ID, form ID, ad ID, adset ID, campaign ID
• Page ID and created time
• Any other custom fields configured in the form

We only receive this data after explicit permission from the Page Admin.

Facebook Lead Ads data is used to:

• Auto-insert leads into Realx ERP CRM
• Assign leads to sales teams
• Enable follow-up communication
• Provide analytics and report insights
• Improve lead quality and CRM performance

We never sell or rent Facebook Lead Ads data.

• Lead data is stored securely in encrypted databases
• Access is restricted only to authorized personnel
• Data is never shared with third parties except as required to provide Realx ERP services or comply with legal obligations

You may request deletion of Facebook Lead Ads data at any time.

Upon request, Realx ERP will delete personal lead information from our systems in compliance with Facebook Platform Policies and applicable law.

If a Facebook user requests deletion of their data, we will remove the associated lead information from Realx ERP.

The Facebook Page Admin is the Data Controller for all Facebook Lead Ads data.
